Frank is married to his best friend Elaine, and has been a resident of Monroe Township since 1988. He is employed as “Sales Manager / Applications Engineer” with an internationally respected manufacturer of municipal and industrial water treatment systems. In recognition of his even-tempered leadership ability, Frank was elevated to the Board of Directors in his workplace in 2001. Frank is characterized as an ethical, reserved, and empathetic individual with a professional demeanor, and a tenacious work ethic. Education:
“Environmental Engineering” with a concentration in “General Chemistry.” Frank earned a 3.8 GPA and made President's List.
Public Service:
Elected to the Democrat Executive Committee in 1998, Re-Elected in 2000
Appointed to the Monroe Township Planning Board in 1999, Re-Appointed in 2001, Served as the Planning Board's Vice Chairman for 2 years
